Guess..What does it mean?Which one is for man and which one is for woman?
According to some reviewers, the sign * is used in some parts of villages in Russia or in a few of The former Soviet Union countries as the meaning of woman.
So,these are both cabinets for female.
The ambiguity of the sign of public toilets often confuse people who don't know about the local culture.The advantage is that we keep the folk culture,but it bother the tourists in a emergency situation :) Actually,we should realized that the sign of toilets could be the only language universal in the world, it should be understand by everybody whether he comes from.
